TICKETYPES:

 

FESTIVALPASS (incl. Festivalcamp):
Valid from 30th of June – 6th of July, 2013. Includes access to the festival arena (all days) and stay at the festival camp. Perfect for everyone looking for the «total festival experience».

FESTIVALPASS (incl. Camp Verdens Ende AKA The End of The World):
Valid from 30th of June – 6th of July, 2013. Includes access to the festival arena (all days) and stay at Camp Verdens Ende, a beautiful camp only a few minutes away from the festival area. Camp Verdens Ende is a more quiet alternative to the festival camp, and has its own café, showers, toilets and beaches.

WEEKPASS (no camping)
Gives you access to the arena on all 4 show days (2nd-5th of July) and festival pre-party (30th of June – 1st of July) but no campsite access. Everyone aged 14 and under must be accompanied into the arena by someone over the age of 18. KIDS WEEKPASS gives you access to the arena if you are 11 years old or younger, but no campsite access. You are not allowed in the festivalcamp even with people over the age of 18.  Anyone aged 14 and under must be accompanied into the arena by someone over the age of 18. Bring your ID.

DAYPASS
Gives you access to the arena only on the specified day.  If you want to enter the arena on 2 or more days and you want to camp, you would be better off buying an all inclusive festivalpass. Everyone aged 14 and under must be accompanied into the arena by someone over the age of 18. KIDS DAYPASS gives you access to the arena only on the specified day. You must be accompanied by someone over the age of 18 and must have ID to prove that you are aged 11 or under.  You are not allowed into the festivalcamp even with people over the age of 18.

STRANDCAMP-PACKAGE
The strandcamp-package is for 2 people and consists of 2 weekpass + hire of 1 pre-erected tent on the strandcamp, which is suitable for 2 people to share. Camping in the peacefulness & beauty of the strandcamp, Pink Moon and Podpads customers have access to private showers and toilets and access via a short woodland walk to the festival arena. No separate campingpass is needed and customers will be collected from a dedicated check in point and taken to their tent on arrival.

CARAVAN PASS

Caravan Passes includes access to Verdens Ende for 1 caravan or campervan from 30.06.13 – 05.07.13. All occupants of the vehicle must have their own Festivalpass with Verdens Ende Camping. There is no space for caravans or campervans in the Festivalcamp.

NB!
Please ensure you choose the correct ticket as tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, upgraded or refunded after purchase.
You will swap your ticket for a wristband at the wristband exchange on site. You must wear your wristband the whole time as it will become void if removed.

 

TICKET OUTLETS

Billettservice – buy tickets online or over the phone which you can choose to have posted out to you, collect from a Narvesen or 7-Eleven outlet or print at home.

Narvesen – pick up tickets you have reserved via Billetservice or buy tickets directly without reservation in any of the 400+ Narvesen shops throughout Norway.

7-Eleven – pick up tickets you have reserved via Billetservice or buy tickets directly without reservation – choose from over 100 different locations across Norway.

Box office at Hove opens Sunday 30th of June.

IF YOU BUY A TICKET USING SOMEONE ELSES CARD – or there is someone else’s name printed on your ticket it is not a problem providing you have the name and address & contact details of the original purchaser.   Should there be an issue with the scanning of your ticket, you must be able to provide us with the purchase history of the ticket and we may need to verify that you are authorised to use the ticket with the original buyer before you are admitted to the festival.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

These Terms incorporate, and should be read together with, any Vendor’s and/or Agent’s terms, conditions and regulations, which you can obtain from the point of purchase from the Official Agent

No refunds other than on cancellation or substantial alteration of the event. Refunds should be obtained from the point of purchase no later than three months from the last day of the event. A minimum of the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Refunds of booking fees per ticket are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the point of sale.

Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change.

No unaccompanied under 15’s are allowed on site. Under 15’s must be accompanied by over 18’s.

No under 16s are allowed to camp in or to visit the Festivalcamp.

Tickets are non-transferable.

Tickets must be exchanged for a wristband on first entry.  No re-admission on ticket.

The Promoter will not issue duplicate tickets for lost or stolen tickets.

Tickets are only valid when purchased from official agents of Hove Republic AS Republic. Tickets bought from other sources will be refused admission.

Entry will only be permitted on production of valid tickets. Tickets are only valid when presented in full. Tickets without stubs, defaced or otherwise incomplete will not be accepted for admission (please refer to point of purchase prior to the event in the case of accidental damage).

Duplication of ‘print at home’ tickets is strictly forbidden and any one attempting to use a ticket which has already been admitted to the festival will be refused entry regardless of whether or not they were the original purchaser of the ticket.

In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests the Promoter reserves the right to evict or refuse admission and refund the ticket value.

Hove Republic AS and its associated Promoters are unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at this event – including damage and losses to property and motor vehicles – other than caused as a result of our negligence.

Strictly no trading allowed within the venue without the Promoter’s consent.

As a condition of sale, ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed or sound recorded for TV, Video, DVD, Webcast or other public broadcast or any media at any time throughtout the world, as part of the audience or by security CCTV.

Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, whether commercial or non commercial, without the prior written consent of Festival Republic.

All wristbands remain the property of Hove Republic AS until Noon the day after the last day of the event.

1. Official merchandise will be available on site. Please do not buy from unlawful street traders.
2. Please use the litter bins and recycling points provided on site.  Please do not drop litter on the way to and from the venue.
3. No unauthorised buses, coaches or trucks will be allowed on site and no Russebil allowed at all.
4. The following items may not be brought in to the venue: Glass, Illegal Substances, Nitrous Oxide,  Portable Laser Equipment and Pens, Unauthorised Professional Film or Video Equipment, Audio Recorders, Megaphones, Tabards, Sky Lanterns, Air Horns, Spray Cans, Fireworks and Flares. All Items will be confiscated.
5. You may be body and/or bag searched at the entrance. Any item(s), which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon, or which may cause danger or disruption to any other persons at the event, will be confiscated. Flags and umbrellas are not permitted in the Arena.
6. Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the arena or other parts of the site may be searched.
7. Excessive amounts of food, cigarettes and alcohol may be refused entry to the campsite. Please only bring enough for personal consumption.
8. The following items can be taken into the festivalcamp but may not be brought in to the festival arena: Alcohol, Drinks Bottles or Cans.
8. Camping gas canisters (of any size or description) are not allowed on site. No aerosols over 100ml will be permitted on site.
10. Sealed water bottles 500ml and under and food for personal consumption may be brought in to the arena.
11. Anyone resisting confiscation of disallowed items or disregarding these conditions will face eviction.
12. No animals other than guide or hearing dogs are permitted on site.
13. Fires and disposable barbeques are not permitted anywhere at Hove.
14. To protect your own safety and those of other guests, please act responsibly.
15. Smoking is not permitted in enclosed public spaces or buildings including Arena big tops.
16. You must be over 18 to buy alcohol from the bars at Hove, bring alcohol with you or drink alcohol at the festival.  Over 18s who show valid photo ID at the over 18s wristband exchange will be given an additional Skjenkeband.  The bars will only serve people with Skjenkeband.
17.  Skjenkeband are non transferable and anyone found to be drinking irresponsibly, purchasing drinks for under 18s, being excessively drunk, or underage drinking will have their Skjenkeband removed and will risk eviction from the festival site.

Please note that tickets are not valid for entry to the arena. Please exchange your ticket for a wristband at the Wristband Exchange as soon as possible on entry to the site. You are responsible for your ticket until it is exchanged for a wristband.  Please refer to point eight of the Terms & Conditions above (lost and stolen tickets).
